I am looking to start a home based business and I have been searching for just the right one to promote. I found a business that sells Noni juice at http://www.buyMynoni.com that seems perfect, but I just want to make sure if there is something better out there.

Unlike what “psychic-j” or “Mexico4me” says about By My Noni being just another MLM company, I believe the technical name is 2-tier Affiliate marketing that is entirely different than a MLM company that “Mexico4Me is involved with. I can’t comment on “Psychic-J web site because honestly it had way too much text to read through so a clicked out.

What you should look for in a product is the price and ingredients. I believe from the clues Mexico4Me left in his message is that he is peddling “Himalayan Goji”. So if you take a look at their price of $186 for four bottles you would think you are getting an excellent product, but take a look at the ingredients:

Reconstituted goji juice from whole Lycium barbarum fruit, grape juice concentrate, pear juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate, pear puree and natural flavor, with sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate added to maintain freshness.

MLM companies tend to have outrageous pricing and the product ingredients tend to be sub standard.

I just saw a job posted that says they will pay wages in cash. I don’t think this is legal in WI. Is it?

This is a small landscaping company located in WI offering a part time (5 hours a day +) office position. I thought it was unlawful to pay employees in cash because then you’re not paying unemployment insurance or withholding employment taxes, etc. I don’t want to get this person in trouble but I’d at least like to send him/her an email and let them know they can’t do that. It’s a small, home based business and I’m sure he/she just doesn’t know. Thanks for your help.

they could be referring to your net paycheck in cash and still be withholding all required taxes – if they are legit – they must give you a paystub every week showing gross – if they don’t do that – they may be trying to pay you as a 1099 which would be illegal with that type of position and you would have to wind up paying the employer’s share of FICA taxes and paying the income tax yourself – doesn’t sound a good position to me – if you want to apply and get an interview – make you you ask if they will be providing a paystub and w-2 at the end of the year and paying the IRS all withholding taxes and contributing into the unemployment system on your behalf – if any of their answers sounds fishy – run away

4.    900 numbers

This is a rip-off that should send up red flags immediately, but those desperate for financial freedom are often duped. Obviously, if you have to call a 900 number you will end up with huge charges on your phone bill and the scammers don’t have to give you any information in return. Stay away from them at all costs.

5.    Employment Lists

In this rip-off scheme, you pay someone to provide you with a list of companies that hire people who work from home.
