How can i make use of my " Experience(s)" to write my Cover Letter?

I am having a hard time with writing my cover letter for a long time now . I don't know why or how , but when it comes to writing my cover letter I freeze up . i have no clue why… hmm..
this is my job experience(s)

Customer Service Representative (Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.) March 2007- August 2007
•Finished with over 95th percentage by the end of the 3 week training program
•Brought down the average call time to 3 min and 10 seconds while providing excellent customer service
•Managed 75 - 100 customers daily by assisting them with updating credit cards, vehicle information and providing support for their website needs.

Electronic Technician April 1999- January 2000
•Experienced in reading and interpreting mechanical, optical, and electrical specifications.
•Adept at use of multi-meters, digital oscilloscopes, DVM and function generators
•Tested analog and digital circuits and generated test reports in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

I know I can use my Customer service experience to show i am a "people person" and my Electronics experience to show " i know what i am doing " , But I can't seem to put it into words . How can I write this into sentences ? ? Please help

p.s : O i forgot to mention , i am looking for an Entry Level Electrical Engineering position.

By cover letter i think you mean CV.
Go to Microsoft word or any other word programme and scoot through it to find C V template.

This will give you the headings you need and some tips.
