It is a scam. I have two friends who work for Google, and they would NEVER send out offers like this.

You will see that they are in no way affiliated with Google and that there is a $60-$90 monthly fee that starts 7 days after you order your "free" item. The small amount of shipping is just the hook to get your email address.
I see the ads everywhere on the net that claim "You can make up to $700 per day posting ads on the internet….work at home" …..etc.

What does it entail? (the ad seems very vague)
I am afraid of vague ads to "make lots of money"
They always tend to be a scam when the ad is this vague about the nature of the self employment

It probably is possible, but usually it takes a long time to earn very little (I mean like a couple of dollars a day). So many people have seen these ads, if they were real there would be no way to pay everybody. You definitely don’t want to use this site, though–check the fine print:

In my home my internet explorer and other application does not open many times however only google talk works. I need to restart few times and it works but not sure. What is the problem ? where as my friend internet works properly. we are connected to internet through wireless. once i got a message of IP address conflict ? if IP address conflict then why only google talk is working ?
If the internet is not in you computer you need to check the forced ip in lan by going to
start> run>in run window type "NCPA.CPL" it will take you to network connection >need to right click on LAN> then go to property> double click on internet protocol tcp/ip ==then check for the forced ip
if their no forced ip still its not working
uninstall and reinstall the adapter by going to device manager
if still it does not working used system restore

You are likely wasting your time. Google does not offer a program labeled "work at home". This is another company that is using the Google logo to fool you into thinking that you will be working for Google but their real purpose is to charge you an upfront fee and separate you from your money.
There are legit programs that Google offers which can allow you to work from home if you are really good at them, however. Specifically, there is AdSense and the Google Affiliate Program (formerly Connect Commerce/DoubleClick). You will need to have your own site and become a publisher before you can sign up for these, but they can be a good source of income for those who learn how they work.
If you have a Software Engineering or Computer Science degree…maybe, but it’s quite unlikely that you would get a job from google that allows you to stay at home.
I assume you are referring to the ads on websites. Those are scams.
