I’m not sure of your skillset, but if you have administrative skills, you may wish to consider becoming a virtual assistant — they work from home and can generally make their own hours (work is project driven).
You can do a search on "virtual assistant" and you’ll see tons of sites to learn more about the field.

If you are only working 3 days a week, if you are a qualified nurse, CNA, etc, you’ll make more money more dependably if you sign up with a nursing registry for temp assignments, such as home care nursing, on your day(s) off. Working another one or two days per week would net you good money, paid reliably.
As for "jobs" you can do at home, there is no such thing as salary or hourly wages for working at home. You need to start a home-based business. That takes your investment of money, time, experience, expertise, education, etc. You would have decide what you could do, what need you could fulfill in the marketplace better than anyone else out there and build up your biz. Very lucrative in time, if you have the talent and expertise to create a biz.
And if you have no credentials, such as nursing, and are working some unskilled job in the hospital, the best thing you can do for yourself is go back to school and get credentials in some skill related to the medical field.
They are all scams, I suggest you to better stay away from this BS.
