How do you become a “secret shopper’ or a “mystery shopper”?
You know, one of those people that go into shops undercover and pretend to be customers but check out the service and report on it. How do you become one. I am in Australia.

I have been shopping since 2002 and this is the trade association I use.

Go on a job search website especially ones that are run by the government.. I have seen many advertised positions for mystery shoppers, though the money is not that great!
